Culturally Diverse Communities – Active Ageing Together

Angy Care Health Foundation is delighted to host a special Culturally Diverse Communities physical activity session designed specifically for older adults.

Taking place on Wednesday 29th April 2026 (11am–15noon), this vibrant session will celebrate cultural diversity while promoting health, movement, and social connection. Through inclusive and engaging physical activities, we aim to support active ageing, reduce isolation, and strengthen community bonds.

This event creates a welcoming space where older adults from all backgrounds can come together, share culture, build friendships, and enhance their physical and emotional wellbeing.
