The Northfleet & Gravesend Cooperative Food Support Programme – Weekend Food Collection Initiative delivers essential food support to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across Northfleet and Gravesend, Kent. Operating every Saturday and Sunday, the project addresses a critical gap in provision when weekday services are often unavailable.

Working collaboratively with local donors, volunteers, retailers, and community partners, the programme collects, sorts, and distributes surplus and donated food, reducing waste while strengthening community cooperation.
